Where is your kitchen based?

Our commercial kitchen is based in Glen Waverley, registered under and approved by Monash Council.

Do you deliver everyday?

We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and all Public Holidays in Melbourne.

Do you provide any alternatives to non-delivery on weekends and public holidays?

You may consider our Cook to Order Confinement dishes which can be delivered to you fresh or frozen as per your preference. Please call to enquire further.

What is the daily delivery time?

The daily delivery time for the freshly cooked meals are between 10:30 am to 12:00 pm. The carbs dish of noodle, congee or bun can be eaten as late morning tea, mid-day snack or supper.

Do your meal plan caters to both Natural and C-section birth?

Yes, our meals are suitable for both natural birth and c-section; and the meal plans for each child birth method will be adjusted to suit.

How much are the delivery charges?

The delivery fee is calculated based on your location, kindly contact our consultant for more details.

Question 7

How do I subscribe to the package? How early must I book in?

Once you confirm on the selected package, you just need to place a 20% deposit and pay the balance a week before your EDD. We suggest you to book at least 3 months in advance to secure a spot to avoid disappointment.

Can I skip a meal?

Accepted Answer

Yes we allow you to skip a meal up to 3 times for 30-Day package, 2 times for 20-Day package and 1 time for 10-Day package. Kindly notify us at least 2 days in advance, latest by 12pm. Missed meal plan will be replaced. Please note that we do not allow last minute cancellation.

What if I don't take beef or pork offals?

We will try our best to customise the meals to suit your preference. Do let us know in advance if you wish to exclude any particular ingredients in your confinement menu.

Question 10

How do I activate my Day 1 meal delivery?

Please inform us once you are admitted to the hospital and give us  2 days advance notice (before 12 pm) to confirm on your Day 1 delivery.

What type of packaging do you use?

We use only eco-friendly range of disposable food containers and takeaway packaging. 100% compostable or biodegradable.
