1.  Reservation and Payment

a. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure booking. Balance payment to be made in full 7 days before EDD date (Estimated Delivery Date);

b. We only accept cash, bank transfer or credit card for payment. Mum's Love Confinement Catering reserves the right to terminate the service if payment is not paid on time;

c. Reservation is only valid up to 12 weeks after the EDD. It is the customer’s responsibility to activate the meal plan within this period, after which we will cancel the booking and any deposit paid will be forfeited;

d. Please note that there will be no refund once full payment is made and service delivery started.

 

2. Service Fulfilment

a. Service Activation: The customer must notify us at least two days in advance, latest by 12pm, to allow us sufficient time to plan and arrange for your delivery;

b. Delivery Time: Once per day, delivery time between is 10:30 am to 12:00 pm. We are unable to guarantee on a specific time of delivery as there are many factors such as traffic or weather conditions to be considered;

c. We will press the door bell before leaving the Food (the delivered meals) at the door or at a safe spot as per your instructions. Please ensure you pick up your food promptly. Mum's Love will not be liable for any damage to the Food if they are left outside unattended for an extended period of time, or if the Food has been tampered, or stolen between the time of delivery and pick-up.

d. Please check the Food thoroughly upon delivery and contact us immediately should there be any discrepancy.

e. Meals will be served in biodegradable containers and delivered using an insulated thermal bag. 

f. Each customer is given 2 personalised name thermal bags for alternating. Please remember to leave the thermal bag at the door or designated spot every morning before 9:30 am;

g. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform Mum's Love immediately if the delivery order does not arrive on time for the day. Once informed, Mum's Love will promptly investigate the reason and ensure the delivery for the day occurs as soon as possible. Mum's Love will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the late delivery.

h. Daily menu and choice of ingredients may vary without prior notice, due to seasonal supply of ingredient;

i. Please ensure that the delivery address details provided are correct at the point of placing your order.

 

3. Food Allergies

a. It is your responsibility to inform Mum's Love truthfully if there are any allergies or intolerance to certain food or ingredients. Mum's Love has the discretion to decline your order as Mum's Love cannot guarantee the complete absence of such ingredients from its Food or any Food product that it supplies will be free from any allergen or that it will not cause an allergic reaction to a Customer.

b. Whilst all reasonable care is taken in sourcing its ingredients, Mum's Love is not responsible for any allergen or other defect in the ingredients provided by a supplier or material non-disclosure on the part of a supplier to Mum's Love. Mum's Love Confinement Catering reserves the right to accept or reject your order, modify, add or delete any terms and conditions herein at our discretion, without any prior notice.
